In an interview, Lance shared that during a show in Orlando, he overheard Diddy telling Justin Timberlake that he should leave the group and go solo. “You need to drop these guys. You need to go solo,” Diddy allegedly said to Justin.

This revelation came as a surprise to Lance, who admitted he was taken aback by the comment. “I don’t like you anymore, Diddy,” Lance recalled thinking at the time. He was in disbelief that someone would suggest such a thing during their own performance.

Despite the tension, Lance didn’t have time to attend any of Diddy’s famous parties, and he wasn’t fond of the producer even before this incident. His relationship with Diddy soured after hearing this conversation, and it’s clear he’s not a fan of Diddy’s approach.
