Kim Kardashian Needs to Calm Down (Khloé is OVER It)

Kim Kardashian has been making waves in the media recently, and it’s clear that she’s at the center of a lot of drama. From therapy sessions to personal injuries, she’s been revealing more of her personal life than ever before. But it seems like her latest antics have left her sister, Khloé Kardashian, a little less than impressed.

Khloe Kardashian Shares Her Controversial Take on Kim's "Get Your F--king Ass Up" Saying

It’s hard to ignore the fact that Kim has been pushing out a lot of press lately, and some are speculating that she’s either trying to hide something or simply craving attention. It could be both, honestly. One of the major headlines is Kim revealing that she’s been going to therapy. Many people are glad to hear this, especially given her past relationship with Kanye West, but it’s still a bit of a surprise. For years, Kim has maintained that she doesn’t need therapy because she has her friends, and she’s always seemed like the type to avoid the idea. Yet, now we’re hearing all about her therapy journey on the show.

What’s even more shocking is that Kim’s therapist has begun commenting on her family dynamics, suggesting that everyone could benefit from therapy. This especially seems to apply to Khloé, who has been through her own fair share of relationship chaos with Lamar Odom and Tristan Thompson. It’s a little odd to have a therapist sharing opinions on family members, but considering the Kardashians are so open about their lives, it’s not completely out of left field. Still, it does seem like a bit of an overstep.

Kim’s therapist suggested that Khloé, in particular, could benefit from therapy, which is honestly something a lot of people have been saying for years. After all, Khloé’s been through some intense emotional trauma, especially with the cheating scandals surrounding Tristan. And while it may be true that therapy could have helped her earlier, it looks like Kim is also in the spotlight with her own therapy issues.

One of the most controversial things Kim shared recently is how the 2016 Paris robbery changed her. Kim said that her therapist believes she’s become desensitized to her trauma and is stuck in a constant “fight or flight” mode. While it’s understandable that a traumatic event would leave long-lasting effects, Kim’s claim of “calmness” after the robbery feels a little inconsistent. If we look back at Kim’s behavior before the robbery, she wasn’t exactly known for being calm or level-headed—she had a reputation for being a bit of a diva.

Khloé, for one, is definitely not buying it. During a conversation on their reality show, Khloé didn’t hold back, pointing out that Kim was anything but calm before the robbery. In fact, she recalled how Kim would often throw tantrums and act out in a bratty manner, which makes her current calm persona seem a little hard to believe. Khloé essentially called Kim out for pretending that she was always this “serene” person when, in reality, she was much more dramatic in the past.

It’s also worth noting that Kim’s self-proclaimed calmness started after the robbery, and that’s when things shifted for her. But it’s almost like she’s now leaning into this new identity of being “calm” because it aligns with her therapist’s narrative, even though it doesn’t quite match her previous behavior.

As for Khloé, she’s definitely not impressed with how Kim’s therapy journey is playing out. It seems like she’s had enough of the constant focus on Kim’s emotional growth and the way Kim seems to think her therapist’s opinions are gospel. Khloé has made it clear that she doesn’t want to keep hearing about Kim’s “calm” transformation, and honestly, who could blame her? She’s dealt with enough of her own emotional baggage and has seen first-hand how Kim can get caught up in drama and exaggeration.

But what’s even more concerning is that Kim’s recent injury, which she claimed was more painful than childbirth, seems to be another attempt to keep the media’s attention on her. Kim revealed that she accidentally sliced off the tips of her fingers, and while it was certainly a painful experience, making it out to be more intense than childbirth raises some eyebrows. It’s not surprising that she’s talking about this injury on the show to keep herself in the spotlight, but it also feels like a bit much.

In the end, it seems like Kim Kardashian might need to take a step back. While it’s great that she’s addressing her mental health and seeking therapy, the way she’s making it a constant storyline on the show—and the way she’s trying to paint herself as a calm, collected figure—feels a little too staged. Meanwhile, Khloé is over it. She’s tired of hearing about Kim’s therapy sessions and calmness, and honestly, it’s understandable. Khloé has her own journey to focus on, and at this point, she doesn’t need to be caught up in Kim’s ever-changing narrative.

What do you think? Do you believe Kim’s transformation into a calm, collected person, or do you think it’s all part of the show? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
