AUSTIN MCBROOM SUED AGAIN?!

Austin McBroom, the controversial star of The ACE Family, is once again in hot water, facing yet another lawsuit. Despite stepping away from YouTube for a while, the lawsuits just keep coming. This latest legal issue stems from actions McBroom took earlier this year, and it’s causing a lot of buzz.

In this instance, McBroom is being sued by a California woman, Britney Collinson, who claims that his actions on her property caused her significant emotional distress. According to the lawsuit, McBroom trespassed on Collinson’s property in August 2024, staging a bizarre skit in which he pretended to move out of her house. He allegedly caused a huge disruption, scattering personal belongings and loudly vocalizing his “feelings” as part of the prank.

To make matters worse, McBroom then posted videos on Snapchat, showing Collinson’s home and, most concerningly, her home address. This led to strangers showing up at her house, making her feel unsafe and violating her privacy in a very disturbing way.

But this wasn’t just a one-off incident. According to the lawsuit, McBroom had a pattern of strange behavior. Just a month earlier, he posted a house tour of Collinson’s property on Snapchat, and before that, he filmed another skit where he acted like he was moving into her home. This created ongoing harassment and anxiety for Collinson, who eventually felt forced to move out of her home for her own safety.

Adding an even more bizarre twist, McBroom’s behavior is allegedly connected to a dating show he hosted in 2024. McBroom had been looking for love and hosted a Snapchat dating show where women, including Collinson’s roommate, participated. It’s speculated that McBroom may have taken personal interest in Collinson’s roommate, who rejected his advances, which might explain why McBroom allegedly targeted her with these disturbing pranks.

The lawsuit, which includes eight counts, accuses McBroom of trespassing, stalking, harassment, and emotional distress. It also claims that McBroom’s actions caused Collinson to pay for additional rent as she was forced to move for safety reasons. Collinson has even secured a restraining order against McBroom, preventing him from posting anything further about her or her property.

This latest lawsuit is just another chapter in a long list of legal troubles for McBroom. Whether it’s disputes over money, family drama, or disturbing content, McBroom’s name keeps coming up in legal headlines. It seems that, despite all the controversy, he’s still choosing to push the boundaries when it comes to making content, often at the expense of those around him.

What do you think about Austin McBroom’s actions in this case? Is this just another case of his questionable content strategy, or is there more to the story? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
