Three new lawsuits have been filed against Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, each featuring disturbing allegations of sexual assault at various locations. These new claims add to a growing list of legal troubles surrounding the music mogul, as he faces accusations from multiple individuals. The lawsuits, filed in New York state court, describe assaults that took place at two hotels and Combs’ private residence.
The plaintiffs, who are all men, have filed under pseudonyms—John Does—due to the sensitive nature of the accusations. One of the lawsuits involves a man from Florida who says he was invited to Combs’ home in the Hamptons in the summer of 2020. After being picked up by a Bad Boy Records associate and brought to the party, the plaintiff alleges he was drugged and assaulted by Combs and his associates. He claims that after feeling increasingly ill and losing consciousness, he woke up to find himself surrounded by Combs’ entourage, with no sign of the music mogul. The plaintiff, feeling humiliated and scared, did not report the incident until now.
The second lawsuit involves a man from New York who met Combs at the Marquee Nightclub and was invited to an afterparty at the Park Hyatt Hotel. According to the lawsuit, Combs made the plaintiff a drink that caused him to feel dizzy and disoriented. Once inside the bedroom of Combs’ hotel suite, the plaintiff claims he was assaulted by Combs, with two individuals recording the attack. The plaintiff allegedly woke up the next morning to find himself alone, and he was handed $2,500 by one of the men who had witnessed the assault, reportedly on behalf of Combs.
The third lawsuit is filed by a man who alleges that he was assaulted in 2020 at the Intercontinental Hotel after working for Combs for years. According to the complaint, during a meeting about unpaid wages, Combs reportedly drugged the plaintiff’s drink, causing him to fall unconscious. When he woke up, he found himself being assaulted by Combs. Afterward, Combs allegedly threatened the plaintiff, warning him that going to the police would make him look foolish because Combs was a celebrity.
All three lawsuits claim a pattern of sexual assault, with the plaintiffs describing similar tactics: drugging, disorientation, and sexual assault, often with threats of retaliation for speaking out. The legal complaints also accuse Combs and his companies, including Bad Boy Entertainment, of negligence, failing to prevent these alleged attacks and enabling his alleged misconduct by providing the means for him to carry out these actions.
P. Diddy has vehemently denied all the accusations, maintaining his innocence. His legal team is challenging the claims, and Combs has yet to be found liable in any of the cases against him. As he faces these civil lawsuits, he is also dealing with serious criminal charges, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and other offenses related to the exploitation of women.
These new lawsuits come after a year of increasing allegations against Combs, and they reflect a disturbing pattern of behavior, not only in his personal actions but also in how his companies allegedly facilitated his conduct. The plaintiffs in these cases are seeking justice through the courts, as the legal battles continue to unfold.
