Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover have ended their three-year relationship. The Summer House star shared the news on December 30th during an emotional episode of her podcast, Giggly Squad, alongside co-host Hannah Burner. Paige opened up about the decision to break up, reflecting on the growth and changes both she and Craig experienced over time.

Paige, 32, admitted that when they first started dating, she didn’t anticipate how things would evolve. “When we first started dating, you don’t think like, ‘Oh, will we get married, will we not?’ You just kind of are in this relationship,” she said. As she entered her 30s, Paige explained that the transition led her to reevaluate her needs and desires. “Your 30s for women are really transformative. You change a lot and grow a lot, and him as well,” she added.

The breakup, however, was amicable. Paige emphasized that there was no wrongdoing on either side. “This is not a situation where like, I have a 50-part series of like, ‘Who the heck was I dating?’—could not be more opposite of that,” Paige stated. “I have so much love and respect for Craig.” She went on to say that Craig was the best boyfriend she had ever had, and that they both realized they wanted different things for their futures.

Despite the end of their romantic relationship, Paige expressed that their friendship remains intact. “I love him, I think he loves me, I think we will remain friends,” she said. Paige also praised the maturity they both displayed in openly discussing their feelings, adding that they both had the courage to communicate what they wanted and didn’t want.

Paige took the opportunity to address rumors surrounding their split, particularly the speculation that they delayed their announcement until their respective Bravo shows aired. “In terms of people saying rumors like, ‘Oh Paige was told to wait until Southern Charm came out or Summer House came out’—no one can tell me what to do,” Paige clarified. “The network has power, but they don’t have that much power.”

The couple, who began dating after meeting on the first season of Winter House in 2021, had been in a long-distance relationship for over three years. Paige lived in New York, while Craig was based in Charleston. Despite the distance, Paige had previously shared how they made their relationship work, with regular visits and the help of technology. “We’re really never apart for more than three days,” she said.

Although Paige and Craig have parted ways romantically, it seems their respect and care for each other will continue as they both move forward in their individual journeys.
