Chase Chrisley, star of the reality show Growing Up Chrisley, is facing some unwanted attention after being named a suspect in an alleged altercation at a bar in Atlanta, Georgia. According to a police report obtained by E! News, the incident occurred on January 6 at the Twin Peak Sports Bar, where Brandon Nash, identified by TMZ as the bar’s general manager and the alleged victim, claimed that Chase became heavily intoxicated and started to act disrespectfully and belligerently.

The report states that Brandon asked the 28-year-old to leave, but Chase refused. Afterward, Brandon says Chase slapped him twice in the face. While the report indicates that Brandon did not sustain any injuries and declined medical attention, he claimed to have security camera footage that recorded the incident. An employee also reportedly mentioned that Chase is a “well-known celebrity.”

The police report classifies the incident as “simple assault,” with Chase listed as the suspect. E! News reached out to representatives for Chase Chrisley for comment but has not yet received a response.

This altercation comes amid ongoing legal troubles for his parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, who are serving prison sentences for tax evasion and bank fraud. The couple was convicted in 2022 on 12 counts, including wire fraud, conspiracy to commit bank fraud, and conspiracy to defraud the United States. Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison, later reduced to 10, while Julie is currently serving a 7-year sentence. Although the family briefly celebrated a legal victory in June when the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned Julie’s sentence due to insufficient evidence, just four months later, a judge upheld her 7-year sentence.

This new incident involving Chase Chrisley is likely to draw more attention to the Chrisley family’s ongoing legal issues in the weeks ahead.
