UFC star Colby Covington’s obsession with Donald Trump reached a new level on Saturday as he walked into his fight bizarrely kissing a bobblehead chain with the President-elect’s face on it.
Covington wore the gold chain around his neck as he entered Amalie Arena with an expensive suit jacket on and no undershirt.
Next to his exposed chest at the center of the chain was a bust of Trump from the neck up, with the former President wearing a black and gold Make America Great Again hat.
Covington first smiled widely while holding Trump’s face, before leaning down to kiss it on the forehead.
The longtime Trump supporter and Octagon veteran then returned to smiling and looking admirably at his chain.
Covington was in the main event of the UFC card in Tampa Saturday night in a welterweight bout against Joaquin Buckley.

Covington has supported Trump for many years, with the President-elect returning the favor
At UFC 296, Trump was in the front row for Covington’s fight against Leon Edwards, giving him final words of encouragement before taking the loss.
Covington was also one of a few MMA fighters to speak out in support of Trump after he was shot in the ear at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania in July.
The UFC has taken a liking to Trump, especially since his return to the White House was secured last month. It is a safe bet in an organization run by Dana White.
Trump attended the UFC card at Madison Square Garden less than two weeks after winning the Presidential election.
Upon taking his seat ringside, the crowd in New York gave him a raucous cheer.
His involvement at UFC 309 reached a fever pitch after Jon Jones retained his heavyweight championship and copied Trump’s signature dance after knocking out Stipe Miocic.
UFC’s Colby Covington tries to link ‘scumbag’ LeBron James to Diddy sex-abuse allegations
UFC welterweight and devout Donald Trump supporter Colby Covington is trying to link LeBron James to the mushrooming sex-trafficking scandal facing Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
‘I wanna ask LeBron, what does he mean by ”There’s no party like a Diddy party?” Covington asked during a press conference to promote Saturday’s bout with Joaquin Buckley.
‘LeBron, you’re a f****** scumbag, and I hope you get locked up in the same cell with Diddy,’ Covington later added.
The 36-year-old Covington was randomly referencing a four-year-old internet clip of James boasting about attending one of Combs’ infamous parties.
Of course, Combs is now behind bars awaiting trial on sex-trafficking allegations and claims he raped and drugged victims as young as nine at these soirees. Such parties allegedly turned into large orgies, which sometimes lasted for days. Combs continues to insist he has been wrongfully accused, and maintains that while sordid, the parties were all consensual.
James, meanwhile, has not been accused of any sexual misconduct. Currently the Lakers star is away from the team for ‘personal reasons’ after recently announcing he was taking a break from social media – something Covington seized upon during Wednesday’s press conference.

‘I truly want to know, and not only that, LeBron, how many Diddy parties have you actually been to?’ Covington asked.
‘I’m really curious to know, and is that the reason you left social media? Because of all the backlash you were getting from going to so many Diddy parties?’
Covington went on to attack James over the NBA star’s support for Black Lives Matter and
‘It’s just pathetic, man,’ Covington added. ‘People think this guy’s a role model, [he] wants to defund the police; the most patriotic people in America, serving and protecting our country.’
James’ attorney did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.
Combs, who faces over 100 sexual abuse allegations, is known to have thrown the extravagant ‘freak-offs.’
These parties would allegedly turn into large orgies, which sometimes lasted for days.
Combs continues to insist he has been wrongfully accused, and maintains that while sordid, the parties were all consensual.
The rapper has been held since his September arrest on charges that he coerced and abused women for years with the aid of a network of associates and employees . An indictment accuses him of silencing victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and physical beatings.
James has not made any comment on the resurfaced video and has not been linked to any of Combs’ crimes.
The fighter also attacked Jon Jones on Wednesday, claiming the UFC heavyweight champion and Covington’s former college roommate is a ‘f***ing coward’ and a ‘cheat.’
Covington has made a name for himself as one of the top Trump supporters in the UFC, although Jones recently presented the president-elect with a UFC championship belt at Madison Square Garden.
James, on the other hand, has been critical of Trump, whom he once referred to as a ‘bum’ online.
