Rebecca Zamolo’s family is growing by one more!

The social media influencer, who is known for her videos on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and her husband Matt Slays are expecting a second baby via surrogate, a rep for the couple tells . The couple’s newest addition will join big sister Zadie, 2.

“Surrogacy has made it possible for us to grow our family and we are so grateful,” Zamolo and Slays tell

Zamolo and Slays also shared a few exclusive photos , which showed the couple and their toddler daughter holding up a series of sonogram images.

Rebecca Zamolo Says Opening Up About Her Miscarriage Online Helped Younger Viewers Understand Their Own Moms’ Losses (Exclusive)
Zadie can also be seen holding a newspaper called “The Baby News” in which there are articles titled “Promoted to Big Sister!” and “Our Family Is Growing!”

The pair first shared the news on Zamolo’s YouTube channel, posting a video where they captured real-time reactions from their close friends, as well as fellow creators such as Jordan and Salish Matter, The Royalty Family, The Stokes Twins and The Merrell Twins.

In October, Zamolo spoke about how she recently opened up about her fertility struggles online, saying that it’s important to her to share her story so her younger viewers can understand their own moms’ losses.

“When I opened up about my miscarriage, I know a lot of parents reached out and were like, ‘This opened up the conversation for us with our kids because we had a miscarriage, and it helped them understand,'” she told .

“It wasn’t something I planned,” the Game Master Network creator added. “I honestly was just being honest with where I was, but that’s a lot of the responses I got and that made me just really happy.”

Other moms have come to Zamolo to share conversations with their own kids that came about because of her YouTube video.

“[Kids] being like, ‘What is that?’ And it’s like, ‘Well, mom had one. You know when mom was crying? It was because of that,’ ” the influencer said, recounting what parents have shared with her.

Reflecting on the communication she’s inadvertently — albeit gladly — encouraged amongst families, Zamolo noted that she thinks it’s “really important” to ensure that kids can take part in difficult conversations about miscarriages and participate in supporting their mothers.

“I think that a lot of times we don’t consider the kids’ feelings. We talk about the parents of a miscarriage. We talk about how hard it is. But the kids are seeing their parents go through it and not understanding,” said Zamolo.
