My Kitchen Rules judge Colin Fassnidge has locked horns with fans of Conor McGregor who recently lost his civil sexual assault case.
The celebrity chef, 50, issued a savage swipe on the UFC star’s recent Instagram video where he was seen spruiking a Boxbollen boxing ball.
In the clip, McGregor, 36, was seen punching a small green ball that was tied to an elasticised string strapped to his head.
The exercise is said to be effective for reflexes, concentration, hand-eye-coordination and body control.
But Fassnidge didn’t hold back in the comments, taking a vicious jab at fellow Irishman McGregor’s court case ruling.
‘Is it a female ball?’ he asked.

Angry fans in support of McGregor hit back at the chef below his comment.
‘Made more money than you’re [sic] whole bloodline,’ one user said, while another added ‘the double champ does whatever the f**k he wants.’
However, many stood by Fassnidge, with one writing, ‘get em chef.’
‘Chef not pulling any punches,’ another added.
On Friday, McGregor was told he must pay the woman who accused him of raping her in a hotel six years ago.
McGregor faced an accusation that he ‘brutally raped and battered’ Nikita Hand, 35, at a hotel in south Dublin in December 2018.
The MMA fighter previously told the court he had consensual sex with Ms Hand, also known as Nikita Ni Laimhin, at the Beacon Hotel. He denied causing bruising to the plaintiff.
McGregor vowed to appeal the decision in a now-deleted X post, saying he was ‘disappointed’ and ‘focused on my future’ with his family after the jury of eight women and four men found him liable of assaulting Ms Hand and awarded her $398,380.86.

He has since issued a fresh statement vowing to appeal his civil sexual assault case defeat but admitted he has made ‘mistakes’.
Writing on X, formerly Twitter, he said: ‘People want to hear from me, I needed time. I know I made mistakes.
‘Six years ago, I should have never responded to her outreaches. I should have shut the party down. I should never have stepped out on the woman I love the most in the world. That’s all on me.
‘As much as I regret it, everything that happened that night was consensual and all the witnesses present swore to that under oath. I have instructed my legal team to appeal the decision.’
He added: ‘I can’t go back and I will move forward. I am beyond grateful to my family, friends and supporters all over the world who have stayed by my side. That’s it. No more. Getting back to the gym- the fight game awaits!’
McGregor was also accused of attacking a woman on a yacht in Ibiza, Spain, in 2023. He was also accused of raping a woman in the toilet at the NBA Finals in Miami, Florida, last year. McGregor has denied the allegations.
In the case involving Nikita Hand, she alleged that McGregor sexually assaulted her on December 9, 2018, and that another man, James Lawrence, did the same, Ireland’s high court heard over two weeks of evidence.
Ms Hand said that she and a friend made contact with McGregor, who she knew, after a work Christmas party.

She said they were driven by McGregor to a party in a penthouse room of a south Dublin hotel where drugs and alcohol were consumed.
She said McGregor took her a bedroom in the penthouse and sexually assaulted her.
Ms Hand’s lawyer, John Gordon, said she was on antidepressants, and ‘full of drugs’ at the time of the alleged assault.
The total amount of damages awarded to Ms Hand by the jury was $398,380.86.
Nikita Hand said outside the court that she hoped her case will remind victims of assault to keep ‘pushing forward for justice’, and show her daughter, Freya, ‘that you can stand up for yourself if something happens to you no matter who the person is and justice will be served’.
