According to Josh, he has been living in the property—situated about 30 minutes outside Nashville—since their separation in July. He claims that he and Christina had reached a temporary agreement that allowed him to reside in the home when it wasn’t being rented out. In his filing, Josh states he has a “financial interest” in the property due to mortgage payments made during their marriage.

Josh alleges that Christina, who purchased the 5,000-square-foot home in February 2021 before they met, has listed it for sale against his objections. He argues that selling the house would significantly increase his living expenses.
